First of all, let me apologize for the quality of these pictures. We visited 3 different homes for 3 different Thanksgiving meals this past weekend, and at the final stop (my parent's home) we forgot our camera and didn't have it for shooting these. So the iPhone had to step in. It's really amazing with all 3 (4 of us counting the dog) we don't forget more. We did forget the MangnaDoodle too, but we'll survive for a couple weeks until we see Grandma and Grandpa again. ;) (The camera is being mailed tomorrow. ;) )
So I've been wanting a pair of leather-look pants for a couple season yet, but since I know I don't have a lot of occasion in life to wear them, I didn't want to pay a lot. This pair is from H&M and were on sale for $14.99!! They're not on sale anymore, but are still a steal at full price (less than $25!) and with Cyber Monday you can still get great deals.
I though the sweater was longer than it is (it would be longer on someone shorter) and I wasn't looking for a crop top (though it is cute that way too) so I layered it with a flowy top I had for some extra length and visual interest.
My necklace is several years old and was a gift, so I have no idea where it is from, but I pull it out every year because I think it is very festive with the sparkly snowflake-like style. I couldn't find anything similar out there, but I linked to another necklace I really like for this outfit here.
