Thanksgiving Outfit Option

[Thanksgiving Outfit - Fall Style - Plaid Shirtdress]

I can't believe Thanksgiving is the week already.  I know I'm not the only one to say that, but seriously, where does time go?  We actually will be having 3 Thanksgiving meals this year: Thursday with my in-laws, Friday Friendsgiving, and Saturday with my family.  That is a lot of eating, and inevitably a lot of left overs. So we'll be stocked until Christmas with food.  We are very blessed that we can be such gluttons every year.  (I do find irony that American's celebrate their Thankfulness for what they have with a day of excessiveness, but that's for another post, or blog entirely.) ;)

I am guilty of over indulging on feasting day, which means loose clothing is a must. But loose doesn't have to be frumpy.  This flannel shirt dress I found is so perfect.  The flannel is not too thick, so it will accommodate a variety of temperatures, the fabric is very soft, and the loose fit will hide a pretty significant food baby. LOL  For colder temps I paired it with some knee high boot socks and then my boots.  I topped it off with a simple white vest for some contrast.  This would work with leggings, skinny jeans, tights, etc.
